I help people feel calm and centered amidst life’s chaos. Because, let’s face it, life is hard, but it doesn’t have to create chaos when you have the right tools and support.

My Story:

I have experienced a lot of challenges in my life and they had a huge impact on my mental health.

My father has had multiple sclerosis my whole life, my mother died of cancer when I was 27 and the following year my house burnt down in a wildfire. 

I used alcohol and toxic relationships to distract me from my pain because it was all just too much. I was incredibly anxious. Even when time had passed and things were going well, I was always waiting for the other shoe to drop.  

I knew I needed to make a change. I was desperate for a different way of living- a solution.  

I learned simple and powerful methods to handle life’s ups and downs — strategies that have helped thousands of people overcome extreme obstacles and find peace no matter what life throws their way.   

Today, my happiness is no longer dependent on external circumstances. I have learned to go with the flow, let go, and feel at ease, even when things are hard.  

I started coaching women and saw their lives transform. I witnessed them creating more harmony in their lives. There was a clear path and a clear, simple solution to solve problems that had once made their lives totally unmanageable.
