Hi, I am Allesanda

Struggling with anxiety-provoking relationships?

I’ve been there too.

I help people create healthy, fulfilling relationships in a way that goes way beyond self-help books and your best friend’s advice (we know they mean well- but they aren’t able to help us create real change.)

My Story:

I was in a therapy session, and my counselor asked me how carrying the pain of my father’s illness was helping him.

Our family life had been chaotic, to say the least, for a long time. I was a caregiver to my father, and my happiness depended on his well-being. (If he was doing well, I was doing well… I was having a bad day if he was having a bad day.)

I used alcohol and toxic relationships to distract me from my pain because it was all just too much. I was incredibly anxious. Even when things were going well, I was always waiting for the other shoe to drop. 

After my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer, my emotional well-being took a nosedive. I wanted to be there for her, to support her, and care for her, but I couldn’t. I felt broken and doomed to live a relentlessly challenging life. I had nothing left to give because I had neglected myself and my self-care for so long. I had a nervous breakdown.

I knew I needed to make a change. I was desperate for a different way of living- a solution. 

I found help through the 12 Steps. I learned how to set healthy boundaries, detach with love, and be kind to those closest to me without feeling like I was losing myself. I learned a different way of living- a way that truly works- a method that has helped thousands of people overcome extreme obstacles and find peace no matter what life throws their way.  

My happiness is no longer dependent on other people.

I discovered healthy boundaries. I was able to stop people-pleasing without guilt. I no longer felt lonely. I found a supportive network of people who understood me and felt how I felt. I could still help others but in a different way- a healthy way because I knew how to meet my needs first.

I started coaching women and saw their lives transform. I witnessed them healing broken relationships and creating more harmony in their lives. There was a clear path and a clear solution to solve problems that had once made their lives totally unmanageable.

WHY I DO WHAT I DO...

My greatest joy comes from sharing the tools I use and love with others to help people awaken to their internal blocks so they can shift their lives in ways they never imagined.

I believe healthy, fulfilling connections are possible for anyone.
